The boards are laminated using UV stabilized epoxy, Triax fiberglass, and super tough fabric skins. Materials are chosen based on their weight to strength ratio. This gives the lightest and strongest combination possible.

After a blank is precision shaped using modern CNC fabrication techniques it is then wet layed on a rocker table. First the fabric is wet out then excess resin is removed before the laminate is placed on the rocker table. Once cured the board is finished sanded and ready to ride.
